Raj is a sought after performing artist. His forte lies in the dhol drum which he has played for 15 years. He has performed at festivals across the UK and globally including headlining Trafalgar Square, and performing at private and corporate events in the Middle East and South Asia.
He was part of the finale celebrations with Jesse Jackson at St George's Hall, Liverpool for the European Capital of Culture Finale in 2008. Raj has also performed with Danny Boyle, Director of Slumdog Millionaire, helping raise over 250,000 pounds for WaterAid. In 2012, he was invited to be part of the London 2012 Olympic celebrations.
Raj featured in a British Indian debut single in 2011 which reached the Top 40 in the iTunes charts. He has contributed to music videos and supported Music producers and community talent over the years. As an Academy Director, he has developed musical talent in the UK at schools, colleges and has a passion for engaging diverse communities through the power of arts.
Raj has been interviewed across UK, European and Asian media outlets including the BBC, Sky News, Doordarshan, Zee TV, and B4U Music.
Healthcare and Education
Dr Raj Sethi has established national and global projects. He acts as a Global Advisor to the NHS, and works closely with organisations including the General Medical Council, Universities, the British Medical Journal as well as the wider Healthcare, Education, Arts and Technology sectors.
Appointed Global Advisor to the National Health Service in England in 2021.

Dr Sethi founded Becoming a Doctor (BAD) in 2016/2017. BAD is a national, volunteer-led organisation which supports aspiring and current medical students and doctors through a variety of open access projects. BAD is supported by organisations including the General Medical Council, Health Education England, Royal Colleges and British Medical Association. Our work has been featured and published by BBC News, BBC Radio, and print media, alongside journals including the British Medical Journal, Future Healthcare Journal and Medical Education. BAD has even been recognised by Parliament, receiving the Health Equalities Award (NW) at the NHS Parliamentary Awards this year.

Dr Sethi co-founded Health Careers Live in 2020. It is an award-winning platform widening participation, developing workforce & promoting global learning. Together We Inspire. #HealthCareersLive
The past 5 years have seen the evolution of the National Health Careers Conference, with the development of the 'Virtual Health Careers Conference' and the Health Careers Live platform addressing local, regional, national and global health workforce challenges.
The 100+ strong programme team(s) were recognised with the NHS Parliamentary Award for improving Health Inequalities (NW) and now support a global community of current and future health workers from 151 countries.
Appointed Advisory Board Member in 2020 to support virtual programme development.
Dr Sethi co-founded ICGRx as a clinical medical student in 2015 following a meeting with Jimmy Wales, Founder of Wikipedia and inspired by his later elective experiences in the USA, Australia, India and the UK,
The World's first global grand round took place at the Gordon Museum, Guy's Hospital, King's College London in conjunction with the BMJ.
